A tangy sour-acidic refreshing taste with enhanced antioxidant potency

Our kombucha undergoes a long fermentation process, allowing for the full development of natural organic acids, enzymes, and polyphenol metabolites. This results in a tangy, sour-acidic refreshing taste that is not only delicious but also packed with antioxidants. The enhanced antioxidant potency of our kombucha is due to the increased levels of polyphenol metabolites, which are the products of polyphenol biotransformation during fermentation. These metabolites have high antioxidant activity, providing you with a healthy and refreshing drink that supports your overall well-being.

Maximum freshness and potency with same-day bottling

We bottle our kombucha on the shipping day to ensure maximum freshness and potency. This means that you receive a product that has been carefully crafted and packaged to maintain the highest quality, with a live culture of bacteria and yeasts and little sugar remaining after the long-fermentation process. If you see bacterial cellulose residue being developed during the storage of your drink, it means that it is healthy and alive!

Wild and organic ingredients

We pride ourselves on using only the highest quality wild and organic ingredients. We believe that the best kombucha starts with the best ingredients. Most our kombucha botanical leaves are wild and hand-picked from the Alentejo region in southwest Portugal, home to a pristine cork tree ecosystem system where mediterranean bushes are allowed to grow naturally without the use of artificial irrigation, pesticides or chemical fertilizers. This results in a richer, more complex flavor profile. Other ingredients not available locally are sourced from certified organic suppliers.
